Galliford Try plc (the "Company") notifies that conditional awards over 5,499 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company previously granted on 16 November 2016 under the Galliford Try plc 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") were released on 19 November 2019 to Graham Prothero, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").
2,585 ordinary shares were sold at £7.03 per share to meet tax withholding liabilities associated with the vesting of the aforementioned award.
