The issuer advises that the following replaces the director shareholding
announcement for D M Calverley released on 31.03.03 at 10:39 hrs under RNS
4042J. Under section 20 the no of shares over which options were granted under
the company's Save As You Earn share option scheme was given as 24,000 and
should have been 8,000, following the correct scaling down of applications under
the rules of the scheme. Accordingly, under section 22, the total no of shares
over which options were held following the notification was stated as 4,364,805
and should have been 4,348,805. All other details remain unchanged. The full
