EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 19 December 2014 the Trust completed the purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £12.477.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 295,405 ordinary shares representing 0.36% of the Company's current voting rights.
