FINANCIAL CLOSE ON UNITED UTILITIES AMP 4
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
Galliford Try plc, the construction and housebuilding group, is pleased to
announce that following its appointment as preferred bidder, announced on 01
March, it has reached financial close on the AMP4 framework agreement for United
Utilities plc.
Galliford Try is in joint venture with Costain & Atkins as one of two
construction parties to deliver part of an estimated £900 million of water and
wastewater infrastructure works throughout the North West of England over the
next five years. Galliford Try is expected to carry out approximately 25% of the
work.
This award builds on the three year framework for projects carried out for
United Utilities by Galliford Try and its joint venture partner under AMP3.
