Galliford Try PLC 19 July 2004 GALLIFORD TRY ACHIEVES FINANCIAL CLOSE FOR £32 MILLION NHS LOCAL IMPROVEMENT FINANCE TRUST Galliford Try plc, the construction and housebuilding group, today announced that it has entered into a 20 year framework partnering agreement for construction services with Elevate Partnerships Limited and as part of the gbconsortium it has achieved financial close on the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) for Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. The first two projects, to be completed by December 2005, are replacement health centres at Barnet and Edmonton. These projects are part of the first tranche which covers seven schemes and has a contract value of £32m over a period of three to four years, with the potential to significantly increase the number of schemes in further phases.
