GALLIFORD TRY ACHIEVES FINANCIAL CLOSE
ON £22M HEALTHCARE PFI IN EALING
Galliford Try plc, the construction and housebuilding group, today announced it
has achieved financial close on a PFI project to construct four residential care
homes in the London Borough of Ealing for a total construction value of £22m.
Working for Ealing Care Alliance, Galliford Try is part of a consortium
comprising Servite Houses and Barclays European Investment Fund. Construction
works will be carried out on the four sites, commencing April 2005.
David Calverley, Chief Executive of Galliford Try, commented:

provision of residential care for the London Borough of Ealing. Our significant
involvement in the health sector, through both PFI and Local Improvement Finance
Trust (LIFT) projects, demonstrates an ability to meet our client's needs and to

workload in this important sector.'
