The following amendments have been made to the 'Re Agreement' announcement
released today Monday 12 February at 07:22 under RNS No 0747R.
In the third paragraph the word 'Excellence' should read 'Excellent' and in the
fourth paragraph the word 'concerns' should read 'confirms'.
All other details remain unchanged.

Galliford Try Appointed Preferred Bidder for Epsom Hospital Site
Galliford Try PLC the construction and house building group is pleased to
announce that in joint partnership with Crest Nicholson PLC it has been
confirmed as preferred bidder on national regeneration agency English
Partnerships' planned redevelopment of the 54 hectare (133 acres) Epsom Cluster
Hospital Site in Epsom Surrey.
The project will provide approximately 700 homes across the Cluster site around
40% of which will be affordable. Galliford Try will also use its specialist
expertise to renovate key existing former hospital buildings to provide
refurbished period apartments. Further plans for the site include community
parks and a workspace, a hotel and conference centre, and 1000 sq m of
commercial accommodation.
All new build homes will achieve an Eco Homes rating of 'Excellent' and there
will be a 50% reduction in CO2 emissions across the site. Work will begin in
summer 2007 and completion is expected in 2011.
