GALLIFORD TRY SECURES ADDITIONAL WATER WORK
Galliford Try plc, the housebuilding and construction group, announces that it has, in joint venture with Biwater and Mott MacDonald, been awarded the contract by Thames Water for the £60m project to upgrade the largest wastewater treatment works in Europe at Beckton, east London. The project will reduce odour emissions at the sewage works by around 70 per cent.
The joint venture partners have already secured £280m worth of other work under the AMP5 framework.
