The Board of Hangar 8 announces that it was informed on 11 June 2012 that on the same day Nigel Payne, Non-Executive Chairman, and George Rolls, Non-Executive Director, purchased an aggregate of 15,200 ordinary 1 pence shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Messrs Payne' and Rolls interests are set out in the table below.
