Grant of Share Options
Gama Aviation Plc, the global business aviation services provider, announces that options over a total of 2,132,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") were granted, at 205.5p, on 22 June 2018.
The grant comprises an option over 250,000 Shares each to Stephen Wright, Chief Compliance Officer, and Neil Medley, Chief Operating Officer, and options over 1,632,000 Shares, in aggregate, to other employees. Following this grant Stephen Wright's and Neil Medley's interests in Shares are as follows:
