Gama Aviation, one of the world's largest business aviation service providers, has been notified that Mr. Dustin Dryden no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr. Dryden has fulfilled all of his obligations under the security arrangement referred to in the Company's announcement of 30 September 2015 thereby allowing the Company's charge over Mr. Dryden's shares to be released and a disposal of Mr. Dryden's shares to take place.
