DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was informed that on 10 February 2020 Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £71.975 per share.

As a result Mr Rountree now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 5,793 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was also informed that on 10 February 2020 Rachel Tongue, Group Finance Director of Games Workshop, and her husband sold 4,700 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at prices of £71.70 per share (1400 shares) and £71.878 (3300 shares). 

As a result Mrs Tongue now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 5,314 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

As a result Mr Donaldson and his wife now have an ultimate beneficial interest of 16,700 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
