Games Workshop Group PLC ('the Company')

The Company received notification earlier today that, whilst AMVESCAP PLC's
overall holding in the Company has remained at 4,393,546 (14.035%) Ordinary
Shares of 5p each as disclosed previously, following transfers between funds
under management, notifiable holdings within AMVESCAP's overall holding have
changed as follows:-

INVESCO English and International Trust plc purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares
and now holds 1,761,205 Ordinary Shares (5.626%) and INVESCO GT UK Smaller
Companies Fund purchased 343,434 Ordinary Shares and now holds 1,139,565
Ordinary Shares (3.64%) both registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.

INVESCO GT UK Growth Fund still holds 1,300,000 Ordinary Shares (4.15%), also
registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
