The Company received notification on 22 January 2007 that, following a purchase
of ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), the Nomad Investment
Partnership has an interest in 5,963,769 Ordinary Shares in Games Workshop,
representing approximately 19.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital
of 31,128,622 Ordinary Shares.
