On 9 October 2006 the Company announced that it had received notification that
the Nomad Investment Partnership has an interest in 2,024,414 ordinary shares of
5 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 6.50 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital.

For the purposes of clarification, on 12 September 2006, Marathon Asset
Management transferred management of the Nomad Investment Partnership to Sleep,
Zakaria and Company, Ltd., an investment advisory firm formed by two former
Marathon employees. The Nomad Investment Partnership then increased its holding
on 6 October 2006 to 2,024,414 shares in the Company.
