Limited ('FIL'), parent holding company for various direct and indirect
subsidiaries, including Fidelity Investment Services Ltd. ('FISL'), investment
manager for various non-US investment companies and institutional clients, has a
notifiable interest in 3,706,164 ordinary shares of 5 pence ('Ordinary Shares')
in Games Workshop, representing approximately 11.95 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital. This represents a decrease in holding since the last
filing of 11,394 Ordinary Shares.
