The Company received notification on 6 June 2005 from Citigroup N.A., on behalf
of Standard Life Investments, that on 3 June 2005 Standard Life Investments
acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
on behalf of Standard Life Group.  This acquisition increased the total held as
a material interest to 974,477 Ordinary Shares, being 3.14 per cent. of the
issued share capital of that class.  These Ordinary Shares are registered in the
name of Vidacos Nominees.
