The Company received notification on 25 July 2005 from Citibank N.A., on behalf
of Standard Life Investments, that on 22 July 2005 Standard Life Investments
disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary 
Shares') on behalf of Standard Life Group.  This disposal decreased the total 
held as a material interest to 574,477 Ordinary Shares, being below 3 per cent. 
of the issued share capital of that class.  These Ordinary Shares are registered 
in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
