Director/PDMR Shareholding 

The Company has today been informed that Patrick Southon, Chief Executive Officer, acquired an interest in 400,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), on 12^th November 2015, at an average price of 25 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Mr Southon's beneficial interest in Gaming Realms is 11,585,501 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.65 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
