Gaming Realms plc ("Gaming Realms" or the "Company"), announces that it was notified today by Michael Buckley, Executive Chairman, that he purchased on 6^th and 7^th December 2016, in aggregate, 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 16.325p each. Following this purchase, Michael Buckley has a beneficial interest in 22,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 8% of the Company's issued share capital.
