Change in responsibilities of a Director

Richard Bligh, currently Chief Operating Officer, is changing his role and will become Gamma's Director of Business Development with effect from 1 February 2017.  Going forward, Richard is going to be focused on identifying and assessing growth opportunities for the business.  Richard will remain on the Board and the role of Chief Operating Officer will not be replaced.
