The Company has today been informed that on 20 May 2016, Andrew Stone, a non-executive Director of the Company sold 300,000 shares in the Company representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company. He has a resultant holding of 2,200,000 shares representing 2.4% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares were sold at 448p per share.
