Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company") has been informed that Andrew Stone, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 80,000 shares in the Company on 16 December 2020 at an aggregate price of 1523.9215p.

Also he gifted 9,000 shares in the Company into the MJC Stone Charitable Trust (of which he is a trustee but not a beneficiary) on 11 December 2020.

He has a resultant holding of 442,751 shares, representing 0.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
