New Shares Issuable under the Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme
Gateley (AIM:GTLY), the legal and professional services group, announces that 1,631,588 ordinary shares of 10p each in Gateley ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued, pursuant to the terms of the Company's Stock Appreciation Rights ("SAR") Scheme as detailed in Gateley's admission document dated 8 June 2015.
The SAR Scheme was implemented for the benefit of partner level employees to enhance their alignment with the long-term success of the Group and reward them for their contributions over the vesting period.
Accordingly, application has been made for 1,631,588 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 10 October 2019. Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 113,699,937 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
