Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been notified that today George Materna, Chairman, sold 506,465 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 232p each per share and on the same day Mr Materna's SIPP provider purchased 506,465 Shares at 232p each per share.  

Mr Materna's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 7,877,405 Shares, representing 33.8% of the Company's issued Share capital.
