Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was yesterday notified that on 5 November 2014 Executive Chairman Brian Wilkinson transferred 2,703 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company that were held for his beneficial account into his ISA account.

Mr Wilkinson's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued Share capital.
