Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 5 August 2015, Director Keith Lewis transferred 2,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') into his ISA account. On the same date Mrs Lesley Lewis transferred 3,088 shares into her ISA account.

Mr Lewis' total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 283,690 Shares, representing 0.92% of the Company's issued Share capital.
