Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 4 July 2016, Chief Financial Officer, Tony Dyer had, through a number of transactions, transferred shares from direct and indirect beneficial ownership into his personal SIPP.

To affect this transfer Tony Dyer sold 4,839 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at 310p per share and Mrs Lynette Dyer (Tony Dyer's wife) sold 59,678 shares in the Company at 310p. At the same time Tony Dyer's personal SIPP purchased 64,517 Shares also at 310p per Share. In addition, immediately prior to these trades, Mrs Lynette Dyer transferred 30,000 shares to Tony Dyer for nil consideration.

Mr and Mrs Dyer's total interest in the Company is now 314,304 Shares, and remains at 1.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
