Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Matchtech Group plc announces that Andy White has tendered his resignation and will step down as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.  The Board thanks Mr White for his significant contribution and guidance to the Company since 1990.  Mr White leaves the Board with its best wishes for the future.
