                   Exercise of Options and Additional Listing

The Company announces today that further to the announcement made on 26 January
2005 regarding an exercise of options by the Company's Chief Executive and Group
Finance Director, an application has been made for 110,000 new Shares to be
admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's market for listed securities. Dealings are also expected to commence
on 15 February 2005.

Following the above transactions the number of shares in issue will be
80,021,707.
