TelMe.com signs exclusive strategic travel partnership with
     ATP to provide travel technology and services to
                        WorldOnline

TelMe.com  plc,  the UK's internet and e-commerce  services
provider,  has  announced  a  strategic  partnership   with
Advanced  Travel Partners (Netherlands) for  the  exclusive
provision  of  travel  technology and  services  for  World
Online's worldwide travel portal, Voyager.

Under  the  terms of the Agreement, TelMe has licensed  its
award  winning  travel technology, Ticket  Window,  as  the
booking engine for the Voyager portal, and TelMe will  also
be  the exclusive fulfilment partner for the UK market  for
World Online through to the end of 2001 at least.

ATP  have  an  exclusive agreement  with  World  Online  to
provide  travel  services  across  Europe.   They  selected
Ticket  Window technology due to its depth of functionality
and  resilience, including the capability to provide multi-
currency options within the portal and allowing queuing  of
bookings  to multiple agencies around the world. This  will
enable travellers throughout the WorldOnline territories to
have local fulfilment of tickets in their own currency from
a variety of suppliers.

The  technology also offers the capability to integrate the
discounted  fare  contracts of agents from  around  Europe,
thereby ensuring travellers have the best possible fares to
choose from.  These features are not provided by any  other
similar technology available in the market today.

As well as providing technology for the Voyager portal as a
whole,  TelMe will provide fulfilment on all travel  booked
through the portal for the UK market.

Voyager will go live in the UK from early June and will  be
accessible via WorldOnline's website: www.worldonline.co.uk.
