                  Change of Name to TelMe.com

Following shareholder approval, the Company's change of name to
TelMe.com  will  take effect from tomorrow, 1 April  2000,  the
start of its new financial year.

Commenting on the change, Graham Ramsey, Chief Executive, said:
'I  am  particularly pleased that the first stage of our launch
on  the  internet using the TelMe brand has been so successful.
TelMe  Global  Traveller is achieving rapid sales growth  which
will  be  further  accelerated through its  recently  announced
agreements  with  TeleWest, Egg and Freeserve.   I  am  totally
confident  that  TelMe.com will continue to maximise  on  these
exciting developments for the greater benefit of shareholders.'
