Notification of Directors' Interests in the Share Capital of TelMe.com plc (the
'Company')

Notice is hereby given that Graham Ramsey, Richard Law and Iain Johnston, all
executive directors of the Company, have today been awarded options over
ordinary shares in the Company.  The details of the awards are as follows:

- Graham Ramsey  -  250,000 ordinary 2.5p shares

- Richard Law    -  150,000 ordinary 2.5p shares

- Iain Johnston  -  150,000 ordinary 2.5p shares

The exercise price of the options is 30 pence per share.  The options will be
exercisable (subject to the rules of the Company Share Option Scheme) between 18
December 2003 and 17 December 2010.

Following this notification Graham Ramsey has options over 1,300,000 ordinary
2.5p shares, Richard Law has options over 611,080 ordinary 2.5p shares and Iain
Johnston has an option over 150,000 ordinary 2.5p shares.
