Notification of Directors' Interest in the Share Capital of TelMe.com plc
TelMe.com plc (the 'Company') hereby gives notification that two of its
directors have purchased shares in the Company. The details are as follows:
* On 15 June 2001, Sir Gordon Brunton (Chairman) purchased
175,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 19 pence per share.
His total holding of 456,103 Ordinary Shares now represents
0.57% of the issued share capital of the Company. Prior to
this announcement, Sir Gordon held 281,103 Ordinary Shares,
which represented 0.35% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
* On 18 June 2001, Richard Reynolds (non-executive director)
purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 19 pence per
share. This is his only holding of shares in the Company and
the 100,000 Ordinary Shares represents 0.13% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
