Notification of Director's Interest in the Share Capital of TelMe.com plc

TelMe.com plc (the 'Company') received notification on 13 August 2001 that
Richard Law, the Group Finance Director, purchased 32,000 Ordinary Shares at a
price of 15.5 pence per share. His total beneficial holding of 41,534 Ordinary
Shares represents 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company. Prior to
this announcement, Mr Law held 9,534 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.01% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
