Notification of Director's Interests in the Share Capital of GB Group plc

GB Group plc (the 'Company') hereby gives notice that Richard Law, Chief 
Executive, was awarded an option over 200,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in Company on 
29 November 2002. The exercise price of the option is 14.25 pence per share and 
the option will be exercisable (subject to the rules of the Company Share Option 
Scheme) between 29 November 2005 and 28 November 2012. Following this 
notification, Mr Law had options over 1,091,080 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the 
Company.
