Interests in Shares of the Company
GB Group announces the following interests in the share capital of the Company
of which it was notified today:
- Richard Law, Chief Executive, purchased 90,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares of the
Company at a price of 14.25 pence per share. His total beneficial holding of
307,604 Ordinary 2.5p Shares represents 0,39% of the issued share capital of the
Company. Prior to this announcement, Mr Law held 217,604 Ordinary 2.5p Shares,
which represented 0.27% of the Company.
- Following an announcement made today regarding the appointment of Mona Navin-
Mealey as Finance Director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2002, Mrs
Navin-Mealey has notified the Company that she has purchased 50,000 Ordinary
2.5p Shares of the Company at a price of 14.25 pence per share. Her total
beneficial holding of 90,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares represents 0.11% of the issued
share capital of the Company. Prior to this announcement, Mrs Navin-Mealey held
40,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares, which represented 0.05% of the Company
