                Director's Interest in the Shares of the Company

GB Group plc announces that Alexander Green, a non-executive director of the
Company, today purchased 15,000 ordinary 2.5p shares of the Company at a price
of 35.5 pence per share. His total beneficial holding of 15,000 ordinary 2.5p
shares represents 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. Prior to
this announcement, Mr Green held no shares in the Company.
