Interests in the Shares of TelMe.com PLC (the 'Company')
On 25 September 2000, the Company announced that it had allotted an additional
6,172,575 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the deferred consideration for the
acquisition of GB Mailing Systems Limited. Following the subsequent listing of
these shares, the Company has received notification that the interest of certain
shareholders in the issued share capital of the Company has changed. They are
as follows:
* Newton Investment Management interest in 9,206,604 Ordinary Shares of the
Company now represents 11.75% of the issued share capital; and
* The present interest in the share capital of the Company of Jenny Mills,
formerly a major shareholder in Seaforths Travel Limited, has fallen below
the notification level of 3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
