Notification of Interest in the Share Capital of TelMe.com. plc

TelMe Group plc ('the Company') received confirmation today that Newton 
Investment Management Limited now has an interest in 7,345,546 Ordinary 2.5p 
Shares, representing approximately 9.22% of the issued share capital of the 
Company, 4,539,346 Ordinary 2.5p Shares of this interest (5.7% of the issued 
share capital of the Company) are held by Newton UK Small Companies Exempt Fund.
