GB Group received confirmation today that Mr Trevor Burke has sold 1 million
ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company. Following this sale he continues to have
an interest in 8,981,403 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company, representing
11.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.
