   PhoneLink  plc  announces  that  John  Jansen,   a   non-
   executive  director,  has  resigned  from  the  Board  of
   PhoneLink.
   
   Mr  Jansen joined the Board of PhoneLink in July 1998  to
   represent  the interests of Reggeborgh Participaties  BV.
   Mr Jansen indicated that his decision to resign was as  a
   result   of   the  reduced  shareholding  of   Reggeborgh
   Participaties BV in PhoneLink.
