Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

GB Group plc (AIM: GBG), the global identity data intelligence specialist, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have today been sent to shareholders.

Copies of both documents are now available on the investor section of GBG's website at https://www.gbgplc.com/en/investors.

The AGM will be held at (and broadcast live via audiocast from) GB Group Plc, The Foundation, Herons Way, Chester Business Park, Chester, CH4 9GB at 10:00am on Thursday, 29 July 2021. 

In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Company's Board of Directors strongly recommend that shareholders do not attend the AGM in person but make use of the electronic facilities available to participate remotely. Shareholders can submit questions to the Company ahead of the AGM as per instructions included within the Notice of AGM.  The Company is closely monitoring developments related to Covid-19, should the AGM arrangements change in response to updated UK Government restrictions and guidance, the Board will communicate any such changes to shareholders through a Regulatory News Service announcement.
