GB Group Extends Data Analysis Contract with the CPP Group Plc
GB Group announces today that it has agreed with the CPP Group Plc ('CPP') an
extension to its services contract, which will provide revenues to GB Group of
more than £400k over 12 months. This agreement follows a successful 18 month
period during which time GB Group has provided CPP with key data models used to
predict the behaviour of over 6 million of its UK customers.
CPP provides a range of assistance products, including those associated with
credit/debit cards, mobile telephones, keys and home emergency repairs, to
customers throughout Europe and North America. The services provided by GB Group
have allowed CPP to forecast their customers' propensity to renew their policies
and manage effective customer acquisition - this has now become an integral part
of CPP's marketing campaigns which has identified over £2.4m in profit for the
group in the last year.
Commenting on the agreement, Richard Law (GB Group's Chief Executive) said: 'We
are delighted that CPP has chosen to extend its contract with GB Group. Our
proven expertise and experience has added value and profit to CPP's operations
and is yet another example of how GB Group is helping its clients, especially in
the financial services sector, to optimise their use of data.'
Cathy McCaul (CPP Group Product & Marketing Director) said: 'The work conducted
with GB Group has proved extremely valuable in our desire to implement our
customer focused strategy. The contract allows CPP to identify products and
services which are relevant to, and valued by, our customers.'
