TelMe.com  plc announces the resignation of Iain Johnston,
Managing Director of the Group's CRM business. Mr Johnston
is leaving the Group on grounds of ill health.

Pending  the  appointment  of  a  suitable  successor,  Mr
Johnston's responsibilities will be undertaken  by  Graham
Ramsey, Chief Executive.
