   TelMe.com continues to build its international strategy
     - Announces partnership with 1Travel.com of the US

TelMe.com plc, the UK internet services company has signed a
strategic  partnership  with 1Travel.com  (www.1travel.com),
the  fifth largest internet travel service in the  USA  with
over  3  million  visitors  per month,  to  provide  1Travel
visitors with European ticketing .

Under  the terms of the partnership, 1Travel.com will direct
all    its    European   traffic   from    its    site    to
www.telmeglobaltraveller.com, TelMe.com plc's European  web-
based travel service. With between five and seven percent of
1Travel.com's   visitor   traffic   coming   from   European
travellers, TelMe.com expects approximately 150,000 visitors
to be directed to TelMe Global Traveller each month.

As  a  result, 1Travel.com will be able to provide ticketing
services to non-US based travellers visiting its website  by
directing  them  through TelMe Global Traveller.  Currently,
1Travel.com  only issues travel reservations  to  travellers
departing from US airports.

This  agreement  with 1Travel.com is part  of  a  continuing
strategy  for TelMe.com to build international presence  and
awareness.  This partnership will go live in the  middle  of
April 2000.

Traveller's international presence.'
