  TelMe Global Traveller establishes website link with Egg

PhoneLink  plc  has entered into a strategic agreement  with
Egg,  the  UK's leading internet financial services company,
whereby links to TelMe Global Traveller will be offered from
Egg's  shopping  zone on the company's website  www.egg.com.
This  partnership will enable Egg's customers to make  their
travel  arrangements through TelMe Global Traveller directly
from  the  company's website and obtain the most competitive
deals  on  flights and hotels in the marketplace.  The  link
will go live in early April 2000.

Change of Name to TelMe.com
Following shareholder approval, the Company's change of name
