              Correction to RNS announcement on February 15, 2007



With reference to the RNS announcement (3071R) released on behalf of Global Coal
Management plc notifying a reported ownership of 2,530,000 ordinary shares by
Liberty Square Asset Management or 5.19% of the total shares outstanding, the
Company has been advised that this was incorrect.

The Company was notified on 26th April 2007 that Liberty Square Asset Management
as of that date, 13 February 2007, did not hold a substantial interest in the
shares of the Company.
