                      Notification of Significant Holding



Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985('The Act') and rule 15 of
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 16 May 2006 that HSBC Bank plc and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries no longer had a notifiable interest in the issued capital
of the Company.

HSBC Holdings plc as HSBC Bank plc's parent company are also no longer
interested, by virtue of S.203 of the Act, in the above mentioned shares.
