                       Notification of Significant Holding


Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985('The Act') and rule 15 of
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 11 October 2006 that Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited ('MSSL') and its direct and indirect subsidiaries no longer had a
notifiable interest in the issued capital of the Company.

MSSL is a member of Morgan Stanley Group of companies. Those group companies
which are direct or indirect holding companies of MSSL are, by virtue of S.203
of the Act, each interested by attribution in any shares in which MSSL is
interested.
